management and leads processing for medical travel over the last
4 years. HTT has a virtual, English-speaking (native) (Spanish
and other languages) call center team dedicated to managing your
patient inquiries and executing the following medical travel
workflow. HTT will operate as a white-labeled, outsourced team
on behalf of your hospital brand.
Our experience in this core element of the medical travel

Case Management Team:
Our case managers, staff and doctors are trained to provide
the best patient experience. They focus on the following core
competencies:
- Professionalism: HTT Case Managers are
ex-healthcare professionals, ex-patients or experienced
sales people who are trained with core qualities involving
extreme professionalism and patient oriented solutions.
- Process-oriented: The Case Management
team is trained in the patient records management process to
ensure consistent, standards-based execution of the complete
medical travel workflow, particularly those key for
analytics/reporting.
- Safety: Our Clinical Information
Officers (MD’s or RN’s on staff) or other continuation of
care networks follow-up with all patients once they return
home to ensure the safety of the procedure.
- Not only do our Case Managers focus on the consumer
experience, but also on the Provider Relationship
Management to ensure a seamless integration with
all patient demands.
Note: Our process clearly divides the case manager as a
process information expert with the clinical officer who directs
patient medical concerns. HTT only hires case managers with deep
sales experience with total immersion in what they were selling.
We seek candidates who are goal oriented and tactical in
industries outside of medicine. In addition, HTT has clinical
information officers to manage all medical inquiries.
Focus on High Conversion Rates
The ultimate goal and ongoing training for our case managers
emphasizes the focus on a high lead to booked conversion rate.
In particular, as HTT views the case manager as a dual patient
coordinator and sales representative, our process involves a
number of “Key Performance Indicators” to continuously measure
conversion success rates.
